Well I purchased a gun online. They sent me a confirmation email the very next twenty-four hours. Poor judgment on helping FFL Oregon dealership …

I'm a FFL and have used them with non much problem. Until measure 114 in Oregon past and every matter went crazy. I had orders showing up I new nothing about. I called and e-mailed Palmetto to non send any more orders without asking first. Most all big dealerships stopped taking transfers as they couldn't process them fast enough. I'm a paralyzed Veteran with my FFL for 30 years and deal with Vets and law enforcement. They took me off the listing but wouldn't even let me society annihilation even though they had my FFL. In all my years and many companies I accept worked with they are the first i to pull this crap. They have a practiced production but are no better than liberal antigun groups in their poor response to what we needed in Oregon at this fourth dimension. Carry 🐻

False Advertising past Palmetto State Armory

I bought a pistol that was advertised by Palmetto Land Armory to include three magazines with the purchase. This pistol happens to be a CZ 75 SP-01 Competition pistol, so the magazines are not cheap. Every other online arms dealer at that fourth dimension had the pistol advertised at the same cost, or slightly college, simply noted that the product only included two magazines. I tried for hours to identify an social club online. Nothing worked. Nothing incorrect with my credit cards. I called client service and they couldn't help. I was on hold for 45 minutes and then when she transferred me to somebody else it only hung up. Terrible client service and what used to be a good online website is absolutely useless now. I should take just bought from Amazon and paid a couple dollars extra before going through hours of frustration with this company that is no longer whatever expert.

After my positive feel with Crishawn, I would take my combined client service experience to a 3/5 stars. Back to Product review, they've always been 5/5. Great products at a very competitive toll. Then my overall rating is now a 4+/v as I'm much more focused on product quality.

I placed an order with Palmetto and…

I placed an club with Palmetto and they immediately charged my credit menu but when they hadn't shipped within three days I looked over their policies and saw that they don't ship for 7 to 10 days, unless there is a vacation anywhere in the month, then there is admittedly no quantity of days to great. I would propose to them to have the person in charge of billing be transferred to the shipping section which could not possibly exist run less efficiently. As a matter of annotation, most ethical companies do non bill until shipment, if Palmetto did that I'm sure they would set up their shipping bug.

Update: I had a very bad experience with another company so I was very concerned virtually my order. Palmetto came through and shipped in less than a calendar week and I had my Christmas present in time for the holiday. I appreciate their effort and upon futher review would give them five stars.

Customer service is terrible

I ordered a few items at unlike times. They were shipped very promptly to my FFL. My last order, which I had until midnight 12/1 to guild. I live in Oregon with the new measure 114 issue. I ordered at 6:30pm. My club never shipped. I accept been trying since 12/2 to reach someone there. Yesterday 12/iv I waited on hold for 47 minutes, to be told I'd get an email regarding my society, that showed processed. Today, logged in and my gild showed canceled. I didnt cancel my social club. I've now been tryin all forenoon on phone and the "conversation" online, which is almost worthless. More one line and shove away and end the conversation - however null resolved. The client service right now frankly is ridiculous.

I was reluctant but I am now a truthful laic. The Dagger has earned it's place in the gun world and in my carry line upwardly.

I got my order quickly and I was pleased with what I saw upon opening the box. The Dagger that I ordered was impressive at 1st sight but I wasn't going to love it until I got information technology to the range. I ran a little over 250 rounds through it the 1st time out and used every different blazon of Glock mag I could go my paws on. It ran flawlessly and is a bullseye magnet, the consistency and accuracy are more impressive. Feels cracking-works great-carries even better!
